Kai-Oliver Rittner is a results-driven senior transformation executive and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience. He has a proven track record of developing technology and data-driven business and transformation strategies, as well as successfully setting up and delivering multi-million-euro complex transformation and change programs.
In addition, he successfully restructured mission-critical strategic programs for clients in various industries. Over the years he developed strong leadership skills by leading strategic core initiatives with up to 400 people. Kai-Oliver Rittner holds an Executive MBA (with Distinction) from Strayer University (USA) and completed several executive strategy programs at INSEAD. He holds different certifications like Scaled Professional Scrum, Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner.
